ABOUT YALE

"Welcome Home to Yale" proclaims the sign as one drives into town from the south up M-19. A quaint little town located in the thumb of Michigan, Yale is a short drive away from the city of Port Huron, and offers the casual, slow paced atmosphere of a small town with easy accessibility to one of the largest fresh water lakes in the world.

Downtown Yale boasts flourishing businesses of all sorts and one of the most beautiful city parks in the state.  Residents enjoy picnicking there along the banks of Mill Creek while their children play in the playground. On Friday nights in the fall, the park hosts the Yale High School Bulldogs football team.

Take time to visit. Make time to stay.  Yale Michigan. Welcome home.
